Q. This ad is in review so that’s probably why it’s not working. I like to view the TikTok stats so I’m gonna pull it up. Do you know exactly when it started running?

I think it was on Saturday. I would suggest you keep this running as you would need more data to change your campaign.

Changing the budget but Mike told that it would affect the algorithm and I should go for duplicating the campaign and change the budget on the duplicated one. I don’t mind spending more if it gets data faster.

Q. Do you think we should turn off ads that are not helping us make money or not yet?

A. No, not yet. You can see it’s barely over $10. You can see it here.

Q. What’s your CPA goal? Like what do you want to do?

A. Honestly, I dont know right now.

Q. What’s your current ALV for this product?

A. Currently, it is like $50 but based on the sales funnel we were to increase it to $100 but so far we are not there yet.

For facebook, you need a bit of tweaking. Things are not looking too bad. If any of the ads goes above 150 bucks, cut it off. These are initial metric, a bit too early to made changes.

Q. Where can I see how much it’s spending right now?

A. Explained through screen share. Columns, CTRs, impressions etc.

Q. Do you think I should add the video doing good on Tiktok on facebook?

A. Yeah.

Q. Mike said yesterday to do the retargeting ad, they’ll help create them. Do you think we should start it or wait a bit?

A. Yeah, you should start it right away.

Q. How do we do that?

A. We would have to create a custom audience. What you can do is go here, create a custom audience, hit a website, select events or put the link here. [details explained through screen share].
I was having a problem with hi and lo campaigns, the campaigns are going to regular landing page.

Q. Do you have a link to your click funnels? Is there a login for hyros? How much is the subscription?

A. I’m going to send you an image of details of the subscription plans.

Q. This issue with click funnels, do you have that link ready to go?

A. No, I don’t have that link ready to go. I did do it with Josh Knox – I did it a lot earlier. I was gonna contact him and see if he can walk me through it again.

Q. Do you have any audiences you want to test?

A. I did it with Maxine, COD. So I have ’em ready to go. I have an industry layer with google search words with accounting firms, bookkeepers and accountants.

Q. Who’s this then?

A. She has been on the list from the start. That was the follow up call. She saw the YT ad.

Q. Did you get it uploaded to your YT Studio already?

A. No I haven’t done any of that. I can do that later.

Q. Can you look at the audience setup and let me know what you think?

A. You should create a custom content audience. If you have competitors, you can add them too in the custom audience section. You can put people who search for any of these terms, like buzzwords or keywords. Any leads that are constantly searching for them or visit those sites.

Q. How many words do I stack?

A. I have done as much as 15 words.

Q. How do we put the segment?

A. Copy and paste the segment and put CIA before it..

Q. Can we change the age?

A. You can do it in the demographic area.

Q. How many should we test with the ad?

A. 25 a day.

Q. Do I add testimonials in the YT ad? I have case studies.

A. No, that’s good for now. You start testing with this and we will see how it goes.

Q. Do you have special ads create category of look alike for real estate? ?

Get it manually reviewed. Also try to get your ads out of special ads category. Reach out to support.

Q. Can I connect Hyros to multiple ad accounts? If so, how do I do it?

A. If it’s under one account manager, it’s not going to be a problem to connect and add them at all. Import all add-sets and it would be done.

Q. Do you have any tracking setup for your FB leads?

A. I have. I had an account and they had setup tracking but this one I made from scratch so I’m not sure if it has any tracking setup

Q. I opted for a few campaigns and started a new one, but didn’t see any result for most of them. Should I not value [spend more on] them?

A. So we have a 20% rule. If a campaign isnt working well for you, you never wanna spin up the ad spend that much. For example, if a $40 campaign is working well for you. You’ll increase the budget 20% that is $8 and keep checking it and upping it every three days until you notice a decline.
